Healthy Habits.
We don´t have many healthy habits, but most of them.
We have to walk two hours approximately every day, also, some people are
worried about their body and they eat the most common vegetables, although many
people do exercise, but they don´t eat healthy, also, in relation with hygiene,
we have to clean our teeth 3 time a day, after each meal before you go to
sleep, and take a shower every day. At least we have to sleep over 8 hours
every day, it helps you to be taller and have good humor. As a conclusion, we
recommend people to have better habits to be healthy and feel better with
themselves. In addition, we think that people may care about their feelings and
the way they lived.
The Past and Now.
Years ago, people used to have healthy habits, for example,
they usually eat a lot of vegetables, but the most popular way to eat them was
boiled, also, the fried and fast food wasn’t very common in comparison with
nowadays. Other aspect related with the food, are the beverages, for example,
in the past, it was more common that families drink pulque or natural water;
now, people prefer soda or sugary drinks, which are not healthy however people buy
them because they are easier to get. Talking about garbage, the people from the
past collect it and throw it, and sometimes reused it if they could. Now, the
garbage is one of the most difficult problems to solve nowadays, because we
don’t have the responsibility and the care to clean our city or our country. In
conclusion, we think that in the past, the things were more difficult but
cleaner and healthier than now.
